This PR uses the function implemented in GeomScale/volesti#335 and call it from sampling function in dingo.
What is missing is the construction of the starting ball/point (i.e. solving an LP) for mmcs which is performed at every step. In dingo there is the choice of efficient LP solvers such as gurobi but this is not the case for volesti.
